09dat Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules, and How We Work Together

By accessing, registering on, or using the 09dat website located at https://09dat.io (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", or "You") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 09dat Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the 09dat Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• You must not register on behalf of any third party. Each account must be used solely by the registered account holder.

09dat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or utility bill confirming your residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may lead to permanent closure.

Players must hold only one registered account on the 09dat Platform. Registration of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether in the same name or under different names — is strictly prohibited. All accounts held by the same individual beyond the first registered account will be closed and any balances contained therein will be voided.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 09dat account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. 09dat will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.

You must notify 09dat's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 09dat accepts no liability for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
• You must not transfer your account, or any funds or credits within your account, to any other person.
• You must keep your registered contact details, including your email address and mobile number, current and accurate at all times.
• You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

09dat reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it has reasonable grounds to believe has been compromised, misused, or operated in violation of these Terms, pending investigation. The outcome of any such investigation is at the sole discretion of 09dat.

09dat supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods available to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and are processed subject to the applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits displayed at the time of the transaction.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. 09dat will not process payments to or from accounts or cards held in the name of a third party. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager. 09dat accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error or without adequate understanding of the relevant rules.

With respect to sports betting, including cricket markets covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, the following conditions apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. In-play odds are subject to real-time fluctuation and the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation shall be the binding odds for that wager.
• 09dat reserves the right to void any bet placed after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined, whether or not the result was publicly known at the time of placement.

• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market and may be updated from time to time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 09dat Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated balances voided, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 09dat staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the 09dat Platform, including but not limited to the brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and any other material made available to players ("Platform Content"), is the intellectual property of 09dat or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform Content without the prior written consent of 09dat.

All game content made available through the 09dat Platform is provided under licence from the respective game developers and studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 09dat reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms, any suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reason at 09dat's sole discretion. Upon termination, any genuine real-money balance in your account (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to investigation) will be returned to you via a supported payment method, subject to completion of any required identity verification.
